      Depending on the office, wonderful working environment and co-workers, great amenities, diverse projects, plenty of talented people to learn from

      Cons

      Easy to get pigeonholed into a monotonous role on large projects, depending on the manager professional development is something to fight for, pay tends to lag behind industry standards, most upper level management seems out of touch with the salary complaints of JR staff

      Pros

      nice employee very friendly but that all good i can say about it. it the worst place to work with a BSEE

      Cons

      really cheap company, they start salary very low(about 30% bellow national average). no bonus , no OT even thougth you are force to work long extra hour to complete your design. no grow opportunity. i can advise you that if you plan to accept an offer from this compagny, continue looking around for a better job.
