      Pros

      People from various backgrounds and education that can work together. Good insurance package. Fair compensation for work and time off when needed.

      Cons

      Managers should manage people within their same discipline. Current events within the company don't trickle down down to employees. Some managers don't listen to their employees on making jobs more cost effective to the client.

      Decent pay, rarely see or talk to you boss when you're in the field, company vehicle, a lot of overtime if you want it

      Cons

      There's a big company feel to TRC, you don't really matter, all that matters is that you're making money for the shareholders. All management cares about is the bottom line

      Great flexibility and good people to work with. Understandable work and life balance. Opportunity to work OT if you are determined to do so.

      Cons

      not the best pay, have to ask for pay increases if you feel you deserve it, and have proof. More concerned with paying if they feel you may leave and go elsewhere.
