Pros
travel,relaxed enviroment, very little micromanaging.
Cons
Dont seem to worry about training younger workers for when key office people retire. Inexperienced people in managment positions. Lack of meaningfull training. project managers who think they can tell others what to do because they have the word manager in their title. this company loves indian labor and pass over americans especially when the hiring manager is indian.
