Pros
TRC has acquired "Magikminds" and started it's business in India as "TRC Innovation Center". I'm talking as a person who has worked in Magikminds and moved to TRC due to the acquisition. The only thing I like here is the Team of Magikminds.
Cons
It doesn't value the employees. The notice period here is 90 days, and they will not allow early release if you resign stating that they will not encourage early release as other employees as might request the same, but when they wanted to terminate you they will terminate the employee with only 1 day prior intimation. They also do not encourage any other extra curricular activities like fun events, outings etc.,
