Great place to work if it fits your niche. I've seen this company work great for some people and not so well for others. The company does value its employees, but that doesn't always translate into great pay and benefits (like most companies). There are a lot of passionate people leading TRC and so many intelligent and hard working coworkers. It's the people you work with that make a job rewarding and you will find that at TRC.

I've had such a positive experience working at TRC Companies as a Project Associate. From day one, the onboarding process was smooth and well organized - I was provided with all the equipment and information I needed to get started without any hiccups. Once of the things I appreciate most is the supportive and empowering work environment. My manager is amazing - she genuinely cares about our team, checks in regularly, and gives us the space to manager our own work without micromanaging, it's refreshing to have that kind of trust and respect. Working from home has been a huge benefit, and I've always felt connected and supported by my team. Anything I have a question or need help; there's always someone willing to jump in. Overall, I feel valued, trusted, and part of a team that truly works together. I'm really happy to be a part of TRC!
