Owned by private equity, it didn't used to feel like it but now it's a soulless employee exploitation machine. Hire in college graduates in fsv and put them in charge of utility clients' critical infrastructure because they don't have to pay them as much as experienced engineers. Literally their business model that they share, they don't even hide it. Like a typical huge business they'll milk you for everything and then chuck you out with nothing when they're done.

Management tends to understaff engineers and overstaff managers - causing sever backlog in project delivery and thus cause poor performance.
