Pros

Benefits are good. PTO is better than a lot of private sector companies

Cons

Lack of oversight in local offices. They allow partners in the company to bully, harass, and retaliate against colleagues, meaning issues formally reported to HR are not investigated or dealt with appropriately. HR is highly unprofessional. Very heavy workload and not enough support staff. Low pay for the level of responsibility. They have "pillars" they tout, but do not follow them themselves. Company has grown bigger than they are able to manage.
