Tricor offers an excellent training program for onboarding. This is a place that cares about your personal success and genuinely wants to see you do well.

Pros

TRICOR started in VERY small-town Potosi, WI. And while they've grown a lot in recent years and spread out more, the small-town culture and values still permeate throughout the company. The insurance industry is very stable, and has a lot of room to grow. Our company is growing quickly, so there's a lot of opportunity to build a career here - and it's a place people stay a long time.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Terrible management. Inappropriate work environment. If you end up in an office like I did, you will have to put up with racist, sexist, discriminatory remarks being screamed throughout the office. I was even called a farm animal by a coworker once. This company was by far the worst experience I've ever had.
