horrible management, very discriminating

no pros, the management treat you like trash unless you bend over backwards for them (you know what i mean.)
Cons
Management is horrible. they’re very unprofessional from the time you do an interview until the time they drive you to quit. unless you kiss managements 🫏 or let them kiss yours (literally.) they’ll treat you horribly and make it to where you want to quit. the supervisor is very obviously racist and gives special treatment to people of their race. if you get on their bad side they’ll claim to have “no more work available” and send you home more than twice a work week even though they been hiring new people as if there’s too many jobs. They refuse to communicate with you when you have problems or confusion with the work or people you work with and will talk about you to other coworkers and supervisors behind your back AND infront of your face. TRIGO is by far the most unprofessional and worst company i’ve worked for and i wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
