Pros
easy duties, able to grow fairly quickly, but kinda depends on what's available. offer plenty of time off, managements good, mostly. offers plenty of time off, no limits other then if there is enough people to work that day, so you can set up all the days you KNOW you need in the year. like birthdays or Holliday trips, set up in advance and you will be set
Cons
ALOT of standing around, always on your feet. takes forever to get to the lunch room if you need food, your spending half your break walking, same with arriving on time, its a 10 min walk from the entrance to the door, and if you get there anything but like 45 min early, your parking further down the lost and adding time to that walk. one managment person is kinds by the book and leave no room for errors , a bit power hungry too. but its not all the time? hard to explain. the worst con is most of the time its a 12 hour shift, 12 hours of standing all day. having to leave to get there by 6am means your up by 4am. or 5am if you prep everything and sleep in work cloths. getting out of work around 5:30 most the time, means you have almost no time for life because your in bed by 10pm to get enough sleep. and still doesn't feel like enough lol
