Pros

Very short onboarding process to get into work, welcoming and supportive environment, 5 day weekend every 3 weeks.

Cons

Regularly sent home early when there's no work to be done, missing out on a large chunk of wages. Rotating days gives a 5 day weekend every 3 weeks by overloading work, net effect feels like working a lot of overtime for no additional pay and then being unemployed 1/3rd of the month
