It’s a great job for short term!

Pros

Management is very helpful. If you like traveling and don’t need steady work (meaning you can take breaks) this job is for you.

Cons

Traveling, the company send us to different sites to do work. The site could last for 6 months to a year or 2 days. This is not good for a family that need steady secure work.

5 days a week is the only global policy Trigo India Follows (Because They are bound to follow that)

Cons

1. All the policies are employer centric, No value given to employees 2. Poor Salary 3. HR department is very unstable and not at all approachable. 4. No Professionalism 5.Decisions taken by management are emotionally & according to the MOOD. 6. Nothing to learn.( Except politics & how favoritism works) DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING YOU 100% HIKE (WHICH OF COURSE THEY WONT & CANT) BECAUSE YOU WILL BE TREATED AS WORST THAN A SLAVE.
