Pros

1) There are some kind people working here willing to give their earnest feedback to ensure you survive longer than a month. 2) Contracts are continuing.

Cons

1) Salaries are pathetic 2) Everyday is about ensuring competition does not steal away the next contract and yet no effort is made to make this an organization where employees would love to work. 3) Employee retention rates are a joke. Everybody leaves as soon as they get any other job.
