Pros

Paid for entire 8 hours . No amount deducted for breaks. You can choose your own availability.

Cons

Classified as on call employee and will be asked to report at any time of the day. There is no guarantee of receiving hours; it fully depends on the amount of work available. supervisor doesn't treat well if target not fulfilled. If there is not enough work, they will send you home before the shift is complete. You will be sent outside immediately and not allowed to wait inside even for a minute. If you don't have a car, you are doomed, especially during winter. The nearest bus stop is more than 1 km away. Sometimes need to lift heavy items. No career opportunity.
