      Pros

      Opportunity to travel, flexibility in work/life balance, being able to experience all different kinds of manufacturer and the process, global company with plenty of opportunists to grow.

      Cons

      Due to the type of work, some jobs are "temp" and if unable to travel may not have hours. Lack of insurance or any form of benefits. Overwhelming challenges when it comes to supply and demand.
