No on the job training. You're expected to figure it all out yourself. Online training and milestones are expected to be done on your own time and at home. Low, low pay for the role and job duties. No consistent job duties because management changed thing's daily. Payroll is all jacked up. To many people are privy to the log in to access employee hour's for editing and/or verification. There are too many people trying to be the boss and this gets chaotic and confusing. Friendship's working for top management and a lot of favoritism goes on. High employee turnover. You're just a body that can be replaced. Just another company with too many old timer's in place out to make money and nothing more. Dont think you're getting benefits in a reasonable amount of time. Quality Inspector's are nothing more than general laborer's at the site I was at. If you don't get your paid hour's or pay correctly be prepared to fight for it long term.

The company gets paid $28 for me but only gives me 12, no vacation pay unless worked for 1400 hours prior year even though you've been there over a year no holiday pay or double time
