      Big Change After PE Sale and Leadership Changes

      Pros

      - The company was a fantastic place to work prior to sale to PE firm. Great benefits and the feeling of being a part of family.

      Cons

      The company completely changed after sale to PE firm and top leadership changed. The family atmosphere and culture was gone within months and a mass exodus of the corporate office entailed. HR leadership has turned into a complete train wreck.

      Fiscally sound and good CMMS

      Cons

      Everything. How do you make HTM profitable? Cut corners and endanger patients. This company takes on too much without an upper management knowledge base to back it up. They hire cheap. All accomplished and hard working techs have left or are leaving which leads to quick hiring of incompetence.

      Set Low Expectations and You Won't be Disappointed

      Pros

      Strong benefits program. Stable environment for those doing at least average work. Exceptional investment by the company in BMETS. HR Seems to be well-funded.

      Cons

      No career planning for salaried associates and minimal training opportunities. Different work rules for different departments. Performance review process is set up to make everyone look average. Constant churn of policies and procedures (e.g. Switch to Front-Loaded PTO, Salary Bands, Travel Demands, Travel Policy) all seem to benefit the company.
