Pros

They give us free fresh fruit. PTO is generous. I am still employed, but actively looking like many, many others.

Cons

Lots of lip service about a religious business culture. I overheard the CIO dress down an employee using words I don't hear in church. Seems all the new hires are coming from KOHLS.

Pros

Not many at all. The biomedical/imaging technicians that they acquired through hospital agreements are good technicians.

Cons

Leadership changes like the weather and so does their policies. I'd been through a couple VP's, a few directors and a few managers before I left. Each replacement comes in with their own managerial style so it means adapting over and over again. The work is challenging enough. I almost quit being a biomed altogether when I left.
