      Pros

      Nice group of people to work with. Tri Star let me do the work I needed to do for the customer with little distraction.

      Cons

      No real growth opportunities. It is fully a contract-based company. Lots of people come and go.

      Pros

      In the beginning the 401k, Health insurance options with Aflac and others was good as well as an education re-imbursement for getting more training/education.

      Cons

      2014 they lost a couple of major Government contracts which meant they had to let a large portion of their contracted staff go.
