Pros

Great Health Benefits. Competitive Salary. Good people with good hearts that do not shy away from hard work make up the heart and soul of this organization. And that's a FACT!

Cons

Family Owned business. Corporate Culture does not change or evolve......ever. Company repeats the same mistakes year over year which results in declining revenue, year over year. They continue to grab a bigger piece of an ever shrinking market....which results in the company restructuring itself....year over year.
