      Company Culture. The innovation rate makes the company market leader. The approach for I4.0 is on the edge of the market. You can work with a large range of machines or softwares.

      Because of its dimensions takes a while to be set with the procedures and the tools.

      Good learning experience. It helps build your career.

      Cons

      Management sucks. Best performers are always targeted to do more with no appreciation and no help. They try to suck all the blood out of immigrants especially. Shady management - Not a company to work for with management so poor. Outlook for this site in the next few years is really really poor. You will get laid off.
