Pros
Salaries are just and increase with inflation. Work environment is low stress and you are able to communicate well with your direct supervisor or manager, for most departments. Work load is light and chaotic approach allows for plenty of job assurance.
Cons
Complex and chaotic approach to everything. Runs on a pure reactive approach, see problem, resolve problem. Real project management is not existing...not even an understanding of what a project manager is.
