Ability to work unlimited OT means work longer, and lower base salary, definitely way below market average. Job description does not match what the job is. For some reason it is looking for people with software programming skills, when the job is learning TRUMPF'S Boost software for Laser, Bend and Punch. This job should be more for somebody that wants to be in this type of field, not a computer technical support/software programmer who thinks will be working on the technical side of the software. Job description nor interview process mentioned that this is a 90% phone job as well, and once you start get ready to be thrown to the wolves. Manager claims to have no issue with you not knowing the software, but then complains that you don't know the software, its a catch 22. For all the new employees that I had seen start, not one person had a computer to use on day 1, management is unorganized, and dishonest. Like others have said, this is a "Boys club" if you're liked you'll have no issues, if you're not, get ready for them to openly talk bad about you. "Old guys" are set in their ways, better get ready to conform, or you'll be ready to leave in no time.

Very strict lunch and break policy. You will often be moved around inside of departments whether you want to or not. The company gives tours to potential customers very often, sometimes twice a week. It makes you feel like you work in a fish tank, and its not rare for upper management to watch you. Pay is not the best. Not much chance to move up unless you are from Germany.
