HR does not do a good job with investigating internal issues

Pros

The 60 mile one way drive 5 days a week didn't bother me because I loved my job so much

Cons

The only job I had been fired from 2 months after receiving a 7% raise when the avg was 2%. HR took the word of someone who had a theft conviction about something that happened on a day I wasn't even at work.

Pros

Flexible Environment, No micro managing, opportunity to learning new technologies, work from home option available

Cons

-Too much work from home (causes the innovation to subside) -Health benefits not too good -Constant worry of lay offs. -Managers/Directors need to work from the office ALL the time. -Low Salary, No bonus -Sometimes management does not fulfill its promises especially related to salaries/bonuses.
