Good benefits. Incentive pay for night or other work you can also get money by getting good reviews from passengers.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, some managers don’t seem to care about tsos. Some passengers are so entitled.

Federal benefits, good pay for the area I lived, step up yearly salary, good supervisors at my airport, good small team who looked after each other, fairly good opportunities for advancement, good overtime opportunities

Cons

Constant rule changes, angry passengers, office politics, government shutdowns = you work still and don’t get paid
