Pros

- Lots of opportunities for doing more than just passenger screening - Very easy to call out of work for whatever reason as long as you have the leave available - People tend to work together - Picking up overtime can be easy

Cons

- Micromanagement - Cliques - Favoritism - Lack of efficient communication - Some breaks are only 15 minutes - Passengers will interrupt you while on break, on the phone, in conversation, etc. - Always seem to be short-staffed
