Pros

Federal benefits. It pays more than most retail.

Cons

Terrible management, terrible hours, very little reward for the work required. Illiterate managers and supervisors. Rampant sexual harassment problems but the management does nothing to fix the problems. Breaks are usually skipped. Management uses intimidation tactics to control employees.
