Didn't make it past the two week orientation due to hostility and targeting by senior staff employees. These particular employees have been working there for over a decade and do not allow anyone to progress past orientation if you don't fit into their status quo or allow yourself to be submissive to their aggressive behavior. There's no point in even trying to ask questions or challenge their unethical directives because you'll then be targeted by the whole clique. Discrimination, isolation, micromanagement, humiliation, domination, and overstepping boundaries are just a few ways to describe my experience. Not to mention being pushed into serious ethical dilemmas as a professional where I'm forced to choose to document "their way" as opposed to the way I was taught in school. Unless you're willing to put up with this kind of environment and be surrounded by discriminatory staff I don't recommend working at this company. If you try to stand up for yourself and turn to HR for support you're met with victim blaming responses (not by HR but by your managers) which gave me no choice but to resign. Also, they don't offer great compensation, pay is pretty low.
