      Pros

      Very reputable and stable organization with a great culture! Employees are treated like family and are genuinely cared about. It is a fun work environment - lots of celebrations/events, community outreach, potlucks, contests, etc. Great leadership that invests in their people. The HR department is one of the best that I have seen - they actually make sure to check in with you and are available to help you no matter what the situation is. True "open door" policy.
