Pros
I liked working here. I got hired and started in August 2020 when COVID was still very new and hitting hard. Management was very transparent with the staff, we would have company-wide zoom calls every few weeks or when important changes happened so that everyone would be on the same page and could ask questions and get answers in real time (anonymously if desired) which was great. I liked all the managers, especially that they were all very accessible and approachable, the clinic has a number of different locations but there was usually at least 1 manager stopping by each location each day. There is also very much a sense of community throughout the company, the company and coworkers rallied around an employee who was diagnosed with cancer, helped financially and with tangible things like meals.
Cons
I only worked here about a year because I got into PA school, but I never had any major issues.
