      Pros

      Great PTO accrual. Fellow employees are great to work with.

      Cons

      Tenure doesn't mean much. You can work overtime and still be told it is not enough. When you ask for help it is ignored or temporary. You are reprimanded for falling behind even when you have asked for help. Leadership does not always take into consideration the opinions of those that are doing the job well when they are wanting to make changes.

      30+ years of service. Reputable, busy and stable organization. Team & family oriented, Advancement opportunities. Fun work environment. Great benefits. Work-life balance I would recommend TSAOG to anyone. It truly is the best place to work.
