Somewhat unique opportunity to experience one's ability to bridge totally different worlds of corporate, work and interpersonal relations cultures - standard Western at one end and still-newly-capitalist and yet still-post-Soviet attitudes at the other.

Cons

Tremendously energy-consuming with walking a thin ice (or mine field) feeling at all times.
