Too many to list. I'll just say they ration out K cups 10 at a time in a 50+ employee office, because they think employees take too much. Owner is out of touch with modern times, and has the attitude that he owns you because he pays you.

Leadership has no clue how to fix this, the only thing that is rewarded is backstabbing and toxic employees. Everyone lies to Charlie and just blames the lowest guy on the totem pole.

not too hard to get hired here which is beneficial if you are desperate for work quickly or have limited experience and need a stepping stone. some people that work here are really cool. most are pretty alright, but the bad environment caused by poor upper management does lead to tension

Cons

toxic upper management. teams are seemingly intentionally understaffed. upper management is more interested in creating the illusion of a good workplace when clients visit than genuinely cultivating a solid workplace. micromanagement.
