There is an extreme amount of favoritism shown in this company by top leaders- not all, but I would not suggest working here. Fairness not shown-would not recommend this employer, some top leaders do not give new employees a chance that have an impeccable work history and performance- shame on you- very unprofessional, and extrenely disappointing. In the business world today, it is extremely diffucult to find qualified top senior talent to add to their staff who would be loyal , productive, and add value- I would not recommend this employer- 30 days? not good at all- very shameful, dissapointing and unprofessional

Pros

Family run company that really cares about its workers and products. Great benefits and competitive pay. I like all my coworkers, I’ve never worked in a place like this with no toxicity and that literally still blows my mind.

Cons

Can be hard work from time to time, but rest assured management notices and rewards.
