Cons

While the company offers a fantastic work environment and numerous growth opportunities, there are ongoing financial challenges, partly due to a lack of sufficient sales. As someone who has been here for many years, it's difficult to see the company head in this direction, causing my loyalty to fracture. However, I genuinely enjoy my job and being part of this company.

Pay was good, benefits were alright

Cons

Owners don't know what they want, they don't even seem interested in the company as long as it makes them money. You can ask them the most simple question and they will look at you as if you were not talking in english.
