      TSMC gives sound salary and nothing more.

      Cons

      TMSC's leadership team is ineffective in making timely and well-informed decisions. This leads to frequent changes in direction, confusion among employees, and wasted resources. Bad management will never produce any promising end and the workers will undertake all the burdens.
