At TSMC, we want all employees to feel respected, supported, and valued, regardless of personal characteristics, experiences, backgrounds or any other applicable characteristics protected by law. We provide multiple channels for employees to report inappropriate behavior and protect persons making reports or participating in investigations from retaliation.
