      Workplace with no quality management

      Good benefits, decent pay, over time if you like it.

      Cons

      No quality check if tasks are distributed, and done thoroughly. Info is go from upper management to the end of the ladder, but no feedback from the end of the ladder and lack of support from the upper.

      micromanagement hurry up and wait culture low work life balance (10+ hr days, required to work on weekends and holidays) no promotion opportunity with assignees
