Thank you for your feedback. TSMC AZ highly values summer interns, and we prepare extensively to ensure all departments have relevant project plans for interns before orientation. These plans are designed to meet specific criteria, enabling interns to gain practical experience and apply the theories they've learned in school. Additionally, each intern is paired with a dedicated buddy who provides guidance and support throughout the internship, helping them successfully complete their projects. To further underscore our efforts to support interns, we also host office hours and informal coffee talks between interns and managers, ensuring that each project is actively supported by department leadership and direct supervisors.
