      Pros

      Great pay Great benefits Good work schedule Good PTO and sick leave Decent coworkers Great challenge

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Consistently fails to trust employees with a task, empower them to do the task and makes changes mid work for seemingly no reason, is FAR too mechanistic, and can never establish a vision or simple goal to work towards. Management fails to understand why things aren't working. Engineers trying to understand people is painful to watch some times.

      Pros

      Company pays well as long as HR does not undercut you. Job is easy as long as you are able to self-teach yourself into doing your job.

      Cons

      You can get really unlucky and be put into a team that is horrible. You are asked to do jobs you did not sign up for and expect to do more than you are getting paid for. Communication between coworkers are still lacking with majority of leadership still speaking Mandarin at work.
