      You have less authority to make changes in the regional office. Most of the decisions were made in headquarter.

      Pros

      Your benefit package for my entire family is great, and your starting pay is good also. It sometimes feels like other employees are dissatisfied with the job there and even some management/leads. But i am very grateful to get this experiance.

      Cons

      some leadership and complaints are not always dealt with.
