Pros

The salary is competitive, and the monthly bonus is generous. Additionally, the company hosts monthly events that provide employees with gifts and benefits, along with allowances for lunch and dinner. Moreover, overtime pay is reasonably provided and can be applied as needed. However, it's important to note that while company maintains strict compliance with labor laws, the labor practices in Taiwan present challenges. Some small and even large corporations attempt to circumvent regulations by exploiting loopholes, resulting in the denial of bonuses and deserved days off to employees, particularly regarding overtime pay, which is notorious.

Cons

Although the company offers a competitive paycheck, the job demands efficient and error-free performance, as any mistakes can lead to production wafer scrap and negatively impact your key performance indicators (KPIs), potentially affecting your bonuses. Additionally, the position's long working hours and on-duty shifts result in reduced personal free time, which may be seen as a drawback despite the attractive salary.
