      Great team but they an are all leaving Your pay will be at industry standard but nothing else will.

      Cons

      Too many to list, they will lie to you constantly. Safety is jeopardized every time you walk on site, chemical leaks lack of true safety culture. Milestones are put far ahead of safety concerns so often that many of the workers are now considering it normal. It’s very sad and incredibly Toxic to careers.
