Pros

This is a efficient company. If you face some problems, you always should follow the SOP to deal with it. If there is no SOP, you should build one. You can learn a lot of methods to solve problem systematically.

Cons

Some of the analysis tools are out of date. For example, if you use python/R to analyze the device experiment data, you probably can finish the report (including figure, table, outlier, mean/median.. etc) in 10 mins; however, the tools you have are excel and SAS. Thus, if you familiar with these tools, you still must spend at least one or two hours to finish your report.
