      competitive salary among Taiwan Get paid OT woking

      Cons

      They only hires people at the minimum requirement to sustain running a fab, which means, you have long working hours a day and very difficult to have a person leave. As you getting higher in position, the thing will get worse. It's ironic that you get so much paid but you dont have time to spend them.
