      Pros

      Good business outlook in the near future Great total compensation in local job market Relatively young workforce You will be surrounded by some of the most talented people in the country

      Cons

      People waste time on things not directly related to business Poor work/life balance, management expect you to get things done no matter what Difference of total compensation between people of the same job grade is not significant, even if you outperform most others. Advancement into manager takes a long time (7+ years), I don't think there is a 'fast-track' system in this company.

      High salary and company profit is gradually growing. It's technology is leading in the world.

      Cons

      Long working hours and the working condition is quite not acceptable and you need to stay in the clean room.
