      good salary, comparing with other semi companies in Taiwan. reputations are also good, proud to work there. free parking space.

      not so much position u can advance to. need a long time to get to the management level. Hsinchu is boring, comparing to Taipei.

      Pros

      When I rate my work at TSMC, am particularly referring to my group headed by a foriengner who is one of the top most person in the field as well as the first fellow (highest academic title in a company) of the company. Since I work directly with this person as my boss, my work at TSMC has raised my academic, professional as well as my technical standards which am glad it came at an early stage of my career.

      Cons

      Language could be an issue if working in a group thats not headed by a forienger.
