      Pros

      The people at TSMC were very motivated and hardworking. The culture of the company is very united and everyone that works there is very passionate about what TSMC does. Facebook, gmail, and other "distracting" websites are blocked to promote efficiency.

      Cons

      There are very strict rules regarding usage of phones/computers etc. The work environment seems very stressful and the hours are very long.
