Cons
Requires hard work and dedication. Greater than 95% of upper managers are Taiwanese which make it hard to change the work culture. There’s a daily Operations meeting that puts managers and workers against each other. Very hostile and backstabbing highlight work environment. Many works contractors and employees were brought with travel visas and are being asked to work. The safety environment can use an improvement. Many contractors are noticed on site without fall protection climbing over pipes and equipment, noticed without PPE and without working procedures. The fab also lacks a good emergency response team. It takes roughly an hour to get medical attention to someone hurt out in the field.
