Upon arriving on first day manager got me squared away with all my tools for the job and my credentials.

Cons

The facility I work at in Sherman is quite old, but a new site about 4 times the size of the current one is being built as I speak. Pretty cool to witness.

As much as we wish we could always be as fortunate to work in the latest and greatest of campuses and customer locations, not every location will always be as engaging Disney World. Pros

Management back a family-first mentality. The work needs to get done, but not by sacrificing home. Solid training is offered in any relevant field you need or want. Everyone is approachable. Plenty can go wrong in the field, but I can always ask other engineers or management for help, any time of day to night.

Cons

It can take a while to get field training depending on how much work is coming in for the task you need to be trained in.
